Frequently Asked Questions
Yes all our inflatables are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
We ask that you ensure we have a 4m wide access to the site, 5m for our larger castles. Please ensure the area is free from any sharp objects and excessive mud. An electricity point is required within 10m.
Yes our bouncy castles come with a ground sheet that protects our castles. We only require a flat ground.
We use ground sheets on all Bouncy Castles, so all it will do is flatten your grass for a few days, and the holes for anchor pegs should disappear in no time.
We deliver from 9 am and our last collection is 7 pm. If you want your bouncy castle for longer you can pay KSh 5000/- extra for overnight and we will arrange to collect the next morning.
The earlier the better. Demand is always high for our Bouncy Castles, especially during school holidays. If you’re booking April, August and December we recommend contacting us 4 weeks in advance.
